The accommodation will be available to you from 4.00pm on day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00am on day of departure. Please make sure your ferry or flight is booked before confirming your reservation with us.
The property should be left clean and tidy on departure and any damages must be reported prior to departure. Property left in a dirty or inappropriate manner may result in an additional cleaning surcharge.

Breakages or any damage to the property will be charged accordingly. There is strictly no smoking within the house and  pets are allowed with special permission only, which must be obtained before booking. The proprietor will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to Vehicles, Personal possessions or any injury to individuals.
Rental includes:

Bed linen, Towels, Electricity and Gas, Heating and Fibre Broadband - a surcharge may be made for charging electric vehicles, please discuss if intending to do so.
